Welcome to the Your Marketing University Student Support Center

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required.

You will receive an email with your original ticket as well as any responses from the email address @yourmarketinguniversity.com so please make sure your email system will let these emails through.

The Customer Care Team answers support requests Monday thru Friday from 9:00am until 5:00pm Pacific Daylight Time/Arizona Time. Every effort is made to answer all requests within 24-48 business hours.
