Paul Flowers has been in the advertising business for four decades. He is president of CIRCA 46 – an advertising agency that focuses on the seniors market – which is part of the Slingshot family of companies.
His past experience includes founder and president of Flowers & Partners Marketing Communications, which he managed for 23 years before merging the agency with Slingshot, LLC in December 2006. His experiences building dozens of local, regional and national brands led Paul to create Underdog Advertising® – proprietary creative and strategic principles that have proven to consistently deliver results for marketers who are not the biggest in their categories and do not have advertising budgets they need to effectively compete against bigger players.
Paul has conducted numerous presentations and workshops on Underdog Advertising to business owners and operators in Texas, and regularly lectures on the topic as a Business Leadership Center Instructor at the SMU Cox School of Business and at The Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Dallas Graduate School of Management. His work has been recognized locally, regionally and nationally. A graduate of Southern Methodist University, Paul is listed in the inaugural edition of Who’s Who In Advertising.
